What you can't do with my art:
▹You cannot sell merchandise of your commission WITHOUT my permission. But, we can discuss this with your request!
▹You cannot claim full ownership over the art. It may be your character but it is my art and you cannot repost, trace, or redistribute without my permission. Editing is acceptable.
▹You are not allowed to commission me if you have stolen art before.
What you can do with my art:
▹You can use it to customize anything personal to you ie: make it your profile picture, your header, your lockscreen or wallpaper! As long as you are not making a profit off of my art, it is allowed!
▹Credit is MANDATORY. a simple link back to one of my social medias or a "[---] by polterpumpkin" will suffice!
what about adopts or custom designs?
▹You are allowed to do whatever you want with the design you've bought from me, you have commercial rights to this design.*▹ This means you can make and sell merchandise of your design!▹Yes, this includes past designs you have bought from me, as long as i am the original designer, you have my permission!▹ You are allowed to resell or trade away the design, as long as you transfer rights to the receiver!▹* If you decide to resell, you may only charge more if you have bought/received/drawn more art for it.▹* You cannot resell my designs for more than you paid unless there is extra art or worth added. I cannot believe I have to say this twice.▹ If you are gifted a design of mine, you are not allowed to resell it; you can only trade or gift the design to someone new, or gift it back to the person who gifted it to you.▹ Please don't buy a design from me just to turn around a resell it at an up-charge soon after. If you didn't want it or change your mind, we can discuss a refund.▹ I would prefer if my designs weren't trading or selling fodder. I make them to be loved!▹Some designs were made with a specific vision in mind; (ie. gender / specific species / strange concept) and I would prefer if you kept these ideas in mind when using them.

If you feel something is too cartoony for your liking, let me know in the sketch phase so i can change things around!▹I name my files in a silly manner. you can change it when you save it locally!▹All art will have overlays and highlights, I will give you a fully flat or lines only version if you request it!
Payment
▹I do not take crypto or any “on site” currency!▹I do not do NFTs, do not fucking ask for them.▹Tipping is highly encouraged but unnecessary!▹Turnaround can vary from the same day up to a month! (I can work fast, but time frames will vary depending on commission type or my personal life!)▹Payment is through Paypal, Friends and Family if you want to avoid fees. If you are uncomfortable with Paypal, my partner has an actual bank account and we can discuss other methods!▹Payments are preferred upfront, but You can pay before, during, or DIRECTLY after I finish your illustration! I may ask for payment before moving onto the final step of your commission if you have not paid already. You will not get the HQ files until you pay in full!▹if you refuse to pay, or ghost me, you will not be able to commission me in the future. i will blacklist you.

I do not post my blacklist publicly, but i will inform my friends on your behavior.▹I will be very selective with Payment Plans. I have to be able to trust you.▹Please do not say my art is too expensive; if I am out of your budget, we can haggle. I will not go lower than half price.▹I will not issue a full refund if your commission is almost, or fully complete▹if you change your mind at the lines/sketch phase, I will issue a partial refund. I will keep a fraction for my time!

Process:
This is how my process works and each phase is a type of illustration you can get. At the end of the final phase of my work routine, I will send you hq versions of your illustration via a google drive link.*
Sketch:
▹I give you a very rough draft
▹We figure out if anything needs to be changed
▹I clean and refine the sketch
▹I send you the sketch for editsColors (FLATS):
▹We carry on from the linework and i throw some rough colors in place
▹This is an area where I might have missed a few details in the lines, do not be afraid to tell me!
▹I send you the flat colors for editsColors (RENDERING):
▹Most of my work is with soft shading and hard highlights; i am still experimenting with cell shading but you are free to ask for it!
▹I use overlay layers liberally so your character's colors may not be perfect, but I will not to whitewash POC! If I feel the need to consult you about changing some things around so I can get the skin colors to your liking, I will! **
▹This is the last chance for edits and I finish the piece
▹I send you the full, HQ illustration, along with variants. (ex: flat colors with no background, full piece with no overlays but with shading, and a "full" for posting! you may ask for more versions)

You can also ask for a direct email containing your files as attachments if you prefer to have a digital archive!** you do not need my permission to ask to see a WIP if you need reassurance.
